Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all memberships and services provided by Cowork Adelaide at Level 3, 97 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA 5000.

Memberships

Private office memberships are offered on 12-month lease agreements. Dedicated desk memberships are available on 6-month, 12-month, or 24-month agreements starting from $350 per month plus GST.

Payment

All membership fees are payable monthly in advance. Prices are listed excluding GST. GST will be applied at the current rate.

Cancellation

Dedicated desk members may cancel with 30 days written notice to enquiries@coworkadelaide.com.au. Private office members are bound by the terms of their signed lease agreement.

Access

Members receive 24/7 fob access to the space. Fobs remain the property of Cowork Adelaide and must be returned upon ending membership.

Liability

Cowork Adelaide takes reasonable care of the shared space but accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to members' personal property or equipment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes via email.
